The PDVL/TDVL programme rewards private hires and taxi drivers with instant discounts without the usual mandatory requirement of registration. There is no need for accumulation of purchases or points. Registering your membership on our online members’ portal however will enable you to enjoy the full benefits of the PDVL/TDVL programme.
The PDVL/TDVL sticker gives instant member’s discounts. When you go further by registering your PVDL/TDVL sticker online and pump with SPC, you could be rewarded with e-coupons stored in your registered membership account for use when making purchases at SPC service station. With e-coupons, there is no need to bring along physical vouchers or worry they may go missing.
Visit any of our SPC service stations with your original Private Drivers Vocational License (“PDVL”) or Taxi Drivers Vocational License (“TDVL”) and approach our cashiers to obtain a PDVL/TDVL sticker for the activation of your PDVL/TDVL account.
A User ID is necessary for PDVL/TDVL sticker activation, online registration and logging into our online members’ portal.
The User ID is unique and easy to remember. It comprises your date of birth in DDMMYY format with last 3 digits of your NRIC number. For example, if your Date of birth is 31 January 1980 and the last 3 digits of your NRIC is 123, your unique User ID shall be 310180123.
If a User ID has already in use, you will be requested to reselect another User ID.
Non-registered members will only be entitled to instant PDVL/TDVL discount. Without your registration and information, we will not be able to engage you in our programmes.
Each User ID number is entitled to only 1 active PDVL/TDVL sticker. There will be no more issuance of supplementary stickers. We encourage all individuals to obtain a PDVL/TDVL sticker for themselves.
To register your PDVL/TDVL sticker, you will need to go into the PDVL/TDVL members’ portal. There are 2 ways which you may access the PDVL/TDVL members’ portal:
scan the QR code on the PDVL/TDVL sticker with your mobile devices (mobile phone or tablet), or
visit “www.spc.com.sg/PDVL” using your personal computer or mobile devices.
For new registrations, you will need to enter your User ID (DDMMYYNNN – date month year of your birth date and the last 3 digits of your NRIC number), and the 16 digit PDVL/TDVL sticker number as your first time login password. Thereafter, please follow the on-screen guide to complete the registration
Updating of personal details can be done through our members’ portal at “www.spc.com.sg/PDVL” using the tab “My profile”.
Log in with your User ID (DDMMYYNNN – date month year of your birth date and the last 3 digits of your NRIC number), and your personal password to access your account.
With your permission, we may use your personal data to inform you of our promotions. You may at any time notify us to cease receiving such communications.
We will protect your personal data in our possession or control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.
We may, however, disclose personal data if required to do so by law or if such action is necessary to comply with legal requirements or processes, to protect and defend our rights or property, or to protect the personal safety of any individual.
When logging into our online members’ portal, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your password and not revealing information to others. If you are sharing a computer with anyone, you should always log out after use so that subsequent users will not be able to access your data.
A replacement sticker can be obtained from any of our SPC service stations. Replacing a sticker is a simple three step process:
Inform our cashier
Enter your User ID on the keypad provided (DDMMYYNNN – date month year of your birth date and the last 3 digits of your NRIC number)
Obtain your replacement sticker on the spot
Upon issuance of a new sticker, your previous sticker number will be de-activated and all your particulars and benefits will be transferred to your new sticker number immediately. An administration fee of $2 will be charged for the 3rd replacement sticker onwards.
Issuance of e-coupons is subject to the sole discretion of SPC, based on the various marketing promotions organised by SPC. All decisions made by SPC in respect to PDVL/TDVL member’s eligibility to receive e-coupons are final. SPC will not entertain any appeal, claim, correspondence or query on a PDVL/TDVL member’s eligibility to receive e-coupons.
Only registered PDVL/TDVL members will receive e-coupons if they fulfil the terms and conditions of the promotions.
Each e-coupon is for single redemption only; there shall be no re-use upon redemption.
Only one e-coupon can be redeemed per receipt.
Expiry date for e-coupon cannot be extended.
E-coupon is not exchangeable for any cash.
E-coupon can be redeemed in conjunction with PDVL/TDVL discounts and applicable credit card discounts and rebates.
All applicable discounts shall be applied after deduction of e-coupon’s value.
Not to be combined with any other promotions, coupons, e-coupons and/or with special tie-ups, unless otherwise stated.
Choices purchases may not be allowed as a top-up to meet the required fuel purchase amount for fuel discount e-coupon.
SPC reserves the right to amend the applicable Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All decisions made by SPC in respect to the redemption of e-coupons are final.
All unused and valid e-coupons are stored in the member’s account. You can login to your account at our members’ portal and select the tab “My e-coupon” to view the number of valid e-coupons in your account and their validity period.
You can obtain a temporary password to access your account by selecting the “reset password” link in the members’ login page. You will be required to provide your User ID and the mobile number that you use in your registered profile. A password reset SMS containing a temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile number. After logging in with your temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password. You are encouraged to update your personal details especially your mobile number.
For security reason, the date of birth can only be entered once. To amend the date of birth, please call our customer service representative at 1800-4771800 for assistance. All other personal details can be amended once you are in the members’ portal.
