This role will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Your expertise in contract negotiation, risk management and compliance will be critical to our success. Job Responsibilities

  • Draft and review oil and gas sales & purchase contracts and confirmation.
  • Submit contracts and relevant emails for internal approval.
  • Send contracts/counters and follow up with counterparties timely.
  • Negotiate/confirm trading contract terms with counterparties.
  • Maintain trading contract files.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Shipping or Legal related major preferred).
  • Good knowledge of international trading terms, such as Incoterms.
  • Proficient in MS office applications, high organizational standards, and accuracy in dealing with contract documentation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dynamic, hardworking, meticulous, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in fast pace environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for drafting contracts.
